UPSPL recently conducted a day long training session for all its managers on “Changing Mindset towards Growth” by renowned Coach & Trainer Mr.Suresh Ramamoorthy. Managers from both the Residential as well as Industrial verticals reaped the benefits of this training programme.
Speaking during the occasion Mr.Rajasekaran, Director of UPSPL Integrated Services said “UPSPL strongly believes that training our managers regularly brings together a real solid and strong ROI for the company as a whole”.
The training was more focused on developing a “collaborative mindset” which is very important while working with various teams within the organisation.
Mr. Suresh Ramamoorthy in his own interactive style carried the audience remarkably well throughout the session taking them through the process of how to develop the habit of positive affirmation, feedback and feed forward including how to develop a “better version of yourself”. As part of the program star performers were recognised by Mr.Rajasekaran, Director of UPSPL.
