The company is committed for the quality deliverables and its systems and process are defined / improved on the basis.

• In every project the required / suggested by consultant’s standards are in corporate by the engineering department at the stage of design and detail engineering drawing stage itself. Further processing is after the approval from the consultant and other authorities only.
• Before the procurement our system has a check point of clearance of specification from engineering department for every equipment.
• At the receipt of material at site there is a visual inspection by execution team and the report is validated by procurement before the supplier’s bill processing.
• Periodic site inspection by engineering team for the inspection of quality work and the materials as per the referred standard and data sheet. The report of inspection would be submitted to customer.
• Pre commissioning check by engineering department at site to approve the quality of the installation suitable to take up the commissioning activity. It includes the customer scope of work also.
• After the commissioning the analysis and validation of the recorded performance of the system / equipments as per design by engineering department.  After this report only our services department takes over the project from project department.

Company’s safety policy is in place

• The project manager / engineer is directly responsible for the implementation of the safety practices at site.
• In the weekly review by the management with the project managers there is a specific point’s secured system for the site management including safety.
• Every site activity has its safety involvements / requirements prescribed by our safety policy and would be implemented by execution team. Periodic inspection of the same would be taken up by project head / HR team.
• All the statutory requirements like ESI, Insurance, wage / Attendance registers / contractor employee register will be maintained by execution system at site.
• HR team would inspect the same periodically.
• Our site labour payments is interlocked with the statutory adherence and on clearing the same only the payments would be processed.
• Heavy equipment erection process would be validated at every individual occurrence by the project head along with customer side safety engineer before proceedings.
