We are explaining below the ways by which we intend to tackle some issues, which are critical for the project.

Quality management:

• We believe in close site supervision. We shall be deputing a site team, which will be strong and empowered to tackle any issue directly at site. Our Engineer and supervisors will be present during execution to ensure that work is carried out as per the detailed drawings. The engineering team shall visit the site as a third party and make detailed report of the quality of material and installation, which shall be submitted to end clients as well.

Design and drawings:

• We shall make detailed drawings on AutoCAD and can make our CDs available for making coordination drawings. This will hasten the process of engineering. Further, our level of detailing in the drawings leaves site decision to the least and ensures that the work progress is smooth.

Quality of equipment:

• We firmly believe in supply and installation of quality equipments which are superior in terms of reliability, efficiency, and low noise and vibration levels.

Previous Experience:

• We have a highly experienced team, which includes people at different levels having experience of working at different levels of entrepreneurships.

Flexibility during execution:

• We are equipped to address immediate needs of materials due to site changes thru web based programme. Also, materials tracking can be done online.
