With a separate Vertical for Residential Segment at UPSPL, we currently manage 19 Residential Communities (Apartments & Villas) comprising 9500 + Units , maintaining approx. 6.4 lakh acres of property, UPSPL are pioneers in Integrated Facility Management services.
