With his experience of over 25 years in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability, our chairman provides strategic advice to our management & technical team.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the presitigious IIT Kharagpur and is a Certified Energy Auditor and Manager of Bureau of Energy Efficinecy , Ministry of Energy, Government of India. He also heads & leads “Conserve Consultants Pvt Limited “, a pioneering organization in the field of Green Building Consultancy, in India.

Mr. Kothari is a LEED Accredited Professional from the United states Green Building Council (USGBC). He is a part of the faculty team in “Train the Trainers”, NREL, Department of Energy, USA  for their Energy Simulation Software and is also a certified trainer for the TERI-GRIHA Rating System.

He heads the Turnkey Engineering Projects division at UPSPL. He has 22 years of experience in the field of Design, Engineering, Project Management mainly in the field of HVAC, Waste Heat recovery Process heating & Process cooling application engineering. Mr. Athinarayanan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has earlier worked with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Thermax. He has also overseen the successful execution of many waste heat recovery and energy conservation projects.

He heads the Integrated Facilities Management & Services division at UPSPL. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechnanical Engineering. He has a rich experience of 17 years in the field of Technical services of Boilers, Chiller, HVAC systems, Water & Waste Water treatment. He has earlier worked with Thermax in various capacities in the Exports Department. He has traveled extensively in India & abroad and has been instrumental in establishing service networks of Thermax in countries such as Indonesia, Philippines, Australia & Spain. His experience & exposure in the utility equipments services, has helped us immensely in setting up the Integrated Facilities Management services (IFMS) division of UPSPL.

Mr. Rajasekaran is a certified Energy Auditor & Energy Manager approved by BEE, Ministry of Energy, Government of India.

Ms. Janyaa, Regional Manager (IFMS) – Business Development

Ms.Janyaa holds MBA specialised in Sales & Marketing. She has a rich experience of 19 years in the field of Telesales, sales, Business Development etc. She has earlier worked at many MNC`s, last assignment being at ISS facility services, She has travelled extensively all over India and was very successful in Brand Positioning, Website SEO, formulating Business Plan & Sales Strategy & Development.

Also advised new businesses on formation of Sales organisation structures, Drafting sales policies, Structuring commercial transactions & Comprehensive database management of IFMS Business for IT, ITES, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing & Residential Segments. Successful in boarding Portfolio Businesses of Key Accounts across various segments in IFMS. She heads Business Development for IFMS (Integrated Facilities Management & Services) division at UPSPL.

Mr. Harri Babu is an MBA in Retail & Supply Chain management and a Mechanical engineer from Anna University. He also holds a Diploma degree in Industrial Safety.

He joined UPSPL as a GET and moved up steadily by holding responsible positions before he was elevated to the position of Head - Operations. He has worked in various departments of design, proposal, purchase, execution & acquired the knowledge for the various developments of the departments.

He has re-engineered the process of the project operations inline to meet our mission & vision. He excels in project management & administration with both technical & commercial knowledge. He has good relationship in the market. He has excellent analytical, problem solving & negotiation skills.
