Time line

• The company has in house developed web based schedule soft ware.
• All the project activities from schedule approval to testing & handing over will be scheduled and monitored by the Project Manager.
• Our project manager / engineer would co-ordinate with internal departments of engineering, logistics, execution (site engineers), commercial /accounts and the external agencies and implement the scheduled activities.
• Our customer & consultants will be provided with user name and password to view the project progress on line. Customer can interact with our team on line about the project activities and take various type of reports about the project.
• We also have our internal software / system in place to track the material status from procurement to reconciliation after project handing over.

Quality

• Engineering department makes the detailed construction drawings as per the required / referred standards.
• Making the design, engineering drawings on REVIT MEP software ensure highest accuracy, easy changes adoption in a lesser time.
• Periodic site visits by the design engineers for visual inspection and quality approval as per QA plan.
• Pre commissioning check and approval for commissioning work by design engineers.
• Validation and certification of the individual equipments / zone performance on commissioning compared to its design conditions.

• We have executed more than 300 projects in HVAC
• We have executed Air-conditioning projects of range from 100TR to 2400TR; Heating projects of range from 20000 kcal/hr to 600000 kcal/ hr ; Steam system projects of range from 50 kg/hr to 2 ton/hr; ventilation system projects of range from 3000 cfm to 500000 cfm.
• We have executed projects for all leading HVAC consultants, Architects, Project Management consultants.
• We have executed projects for major corporate TVS, GE, L&T, APPOLLO, BEL etc.
